| The Worms finally break out of their slump. The worked up a big lead and held on at the end for the victory. Bobby Cecil lead the way, going 4-5 with 2 homers and 6 RBI. Randy Cain was also 4-5 and had 5 RBI. Ken Washington contributed 5 RBI, and Terry Fabian had 4. Bubba Tipton, Greg Goebel, and birthday boy Larry Wortham each had 4 hits also. |
