Dear Mr. McCabe:
Thank you for writing us about the Mission skates that you have purchased.
We have inspected the skates that you have returned to us. The left skate’s fastening system was in fact made defective. The boot’s rivets were made too far apart from each other and caused the “clicking” sound. We are sorry for this inconvenience. The skates that are made here at Mission, are suppose to be of the best quality on the market. When our products are not, we take action! I will personally check on why this problem occurred and I will make sure this problem does not occur in the future.
We have sent you a brand new pair of Mission Pro vi boots complete with Mission Penetrator titanium HI-LO chassis system. We hope you enjoy them and continue to play competitive hockey.
Thank you for bringing this problem to our attention and have fun with you new skates from Mission!
Sincerely,
John Sharkey
C.S.R. of Mission Roller Hockey Company
