Key Lime Pie

MAKES: 8 servings
CRISPY RATING: I'm a big fan of Key Lime pie and this one definitely competes!

Ingredients
  • 1 Reduced-fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 1 pkg (4 serving size) Sugar-free Lime Jello
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 12 oz. Light Key Lime flavored Yogurt
  • 1 tub Fat-free Cool Whip, thawed

1. Dissolve jello into boiling water.

2. Stir in yogurt and then all the cool whip.

3. Spread into crust.

4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.


MY NOTES AND THOUGHTS:

1. You can also do the exact same recipe with lemon , raspberry, peach or any other flavor. Just match the jello and yogurt flavors.

2. In a pinch, I also have made it with plain gelatin and flavored yogurt. It was a little less potent, but still pretty good.
