1. Whisk together eggnog, pudding, nutmeg and rum extract. Mix well to avoid lumps.
2. Fold in Cool Whip.
3. Spread into crust.
1. Very eggnogg-y. Just make sure to use lowfat eggnog, or the points skyrocket.
2. If you can't find lowfat eggnog, the recipe originally called for using just skim milk. The eggnog flavor comes from the nutmeg and rum. Obviously, I prefer it using the eggnog.
3. Points drop to 3 if you use FF Cool Whip, but some folks think it doesn't set up as well or last as well. Personally, I haven't had a problem.
