1. Preheat oven to 425�. Lightly grease muffin tins or use paper liners, set aside.
2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix the milk, egg whites and corn syrup together and blend with dry ingredients.
3. Fill prepared muffin tins with batter divided equally. Bake 13-15 minutes. Test for doneness with a toothpick. Serve warm.
1. These would be easy to make using any sort of dried fruit you like.
