Questions for Caterers

 

1.     What menu choices are available?

2.     What’s normally included in a meal?

3.     What’s the all-inclusive cost per person (including delivery, serving the meals, clean-up, and taxes) for a minimum of twenty persons per meal served twice monthly?

4.     What’s the additional cost per person, if any, for paper plates and cups, plastic utensils, and napkins?

5.     What other food items could be available (such as drinks and desserts) and at what additional cost per person?

6.     How would the number of people attending each meal (either more or less people) affect the cost per person?

7.     How would having fewer than two meals monthly affect the cost per person?

8.     How much lead time is needed to specify the menu?

9.     How much lead time is needed to specify the number of persons attending?

10.  Are you available to serve meals at 5:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month?  If not, when are you available?

11.  When do you require payment?

12.  What types of payment do you accept (such as cash, check, the type of credit cards)?

13.  Do you require a contract?

 

Questions for Moongate Residents

 

a)     Which caterer or caterers do you want to use?

b)     Do you want the regularly scheduled meals to be on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 5:30 p.m.?  If not, when?

c)     Who will work with the caterers to decide upon the menu for each meal and then notify Colleen to include in the monthly Moongate Messenger the dates and menus for the meals, ticket prices, and deadlines for ticket purchases?

d)     Who will plan and arrange any other meals, such as individual chicken or fish dinners from Zeilers (847-8029), which may be able to be delivered, or pizza delivered from Hungry Howie’s (419-474-2800)?
