4. Grapple- made timid or fearful; frightened into submission or inacation.

5. Clamber- to climb hastily or awkwardly, using hands and feet.

6. Jubilant- extremely happy; triumphantly joyful.

9. Perdition- means "the loss of ones soul and of heavenly salvation.

10. Propitation- A pleasing act intended to soothe, pacify.

11. Stoop- A structure at the entrance of a building or house, consisting of stairs and a raising platform.

12. Bance- "To lose ones temper".

13. Pomade- Perfume ointment, especially used as hair dressing.
