| Connie starred opposite George Burns in the popular TV series, WENDY AND ME The series ran from September, 1964 thru September, 1965. George Burns played himself as the landlord of an apartment building. Connie was a tenant, Wendy Conway, married to an airline pilot Jeff Conway, played by Ron Harper. The cast also included James Callahan as Jeff's friend and co-pilot, bachelor Danny Adams; J. Pat O'Malley as Mr. Bundy, the handyman; and Bartlett Robinson as Willard Norton, Jeff's boss. |
| STARTING FROM SCRATCH was on TV for 1988 and 1989. In this half-hour sit-com, Bill Dailey played a divorced veterinarian raising two teenagers. Connie portrayed his meddlesome ex-wife, Helen. Heidi Helmer was daughter Kate and Jason Marin was son Robbie. The show also starred Nita Talbot as Rose, James' assistant. |
| HAWAIIAN EYE was Connie's first TV series. The detective show ran from October, 1959 to September, 1963. Anthony Eisley played Tracy Steele, a former Honolulu policeman. Robert Conrad was his partner, Thomas Jefferson Lopaka. Connie played Cricket Blake, singer at the Shell Bar of the nearby Hawaiian Village Hotel. Poncie Ponce was Kazuo Kim, a cabbie. Mel Prestidge was Lieutenant Quon of the Hawaiian police. In 1961, Grant Williams joined the cast as Tracy's and Tom's new partner, Gregg Mackenzie. Eisley left the series in 1962. For the final season, Troy Donahue was cast as Phil Barton, social director of the hotel, and Doug Mossman joined the cast as Moke |
