10 October 2004. I'll be giving my presentation in just 13 days, so really had to get something done on it today. I didn't. I for some reason into the null zone, again. I just managed now to scan two illumages from Modern Painting to show where constructivism had gotten by the fifties:

Geometry is no longer central, just a kind of framing device to disconnect a painting from "reality" and allow the viewer to appreciate pure color, paint, strokes (or the kinesthetic art that resulted in the strokes).
