6 July 2004. I may be running out of gas as far as this blog is concerned. After four or five entries consisting of nothing but old haiku of mine, and one of a questionnaire I answered, I've nothing left to re-cycle--and no ideas for new entries. So, today I had to go back to Paint Shop to slop together something to post. The piece just below, which actually contains a long division poem of sorts, was the result. Beneath it is the "mathematical illumage" I made out of it--to try to salvage something from my session. I like the way this latter looks. I term it "mathematical" because of the square with an exponent of zero, and the zero with an exponent of "square." The other one I am posting only to show where the bottom one came from. I suspect some goofs will like it better than the improvement. Detail: I basically composed the upper work from top down, which I mention because what I liked well enough to save came as I was finishing the piece.
