10 May 2004. This is the 99th entry to my blog. Looks like I'll be keeping it going a while: I just set up fifty more empty files for future entries. Too tired, who knows why, to say much in this entry. I do have an announcement: yesterday, I added a new section to my blog. It has the formal essays I've posted here to date, four of them. You can click into its table of contents from the blog home-page.
I note that my blog has not been picking up visitors. I seem to have a core readership of about ten. I've made little effort to publicize the blog but did hope word of mouth would get me a somewhat larger audience than that.
I'm preparing another taxonomical table. That ought to draw some more fans. I'm adding two classifications to the old one, "solitextual literature" at one end, and "solivisual illumagery" at the other. Hmmm, I just realized that solitextual literature must include nonverbal literature--textual elements that make no semantic sense nor do anything illumagistic. I don't think there is an illumagistic equivalent: that is, there doesn't seem to be any kind of expression that's "pre-visual" the way "pghh kl aaae," for instance, is "pre-verbal." Gee, that's a True Insight. I didn't think this entry would have one! I can now go to bed happy.
