23 April 2004. I don't entirely trust my visits counter. It says that each of my entries here had between 3 and 132 unique visits (i.e., a second visit by a person is not counted) as of 22 April 2004. The 19 February one, which was the one getting 132 visits (and 3 more since yesterday, I just found out), is nothing special--just a condescending review I wrote of an Iowa Workshop poem by Betsy Scholl, "Gulls in the Wind," plus a visual poem of mine, "Homage to Athena," that I posted to show how much more a poem can do than the Iowa Workshop poem does. According to my counter, "presentable poems" is the "search word" most commonly used by those visiting the entry--by 90% of them, in fact. Dunno what's going on. Anyway, more as a curiosity item than anything else, here's a chart of visits to my entries from 2 February to yesterday.
