A friend of mine who works with CNN got me these unpublished photos of Bert with "Dr. Death".
In the first photo we can see Kevorkian being arrested after he was taken out of his house in the early morning hours and Bert (still in his jammies) trying to bribe a policeman.

In the second photo we can see Kevorkian's & Bert's trial, where Bert wasn't only charged with assisting Dr Death, but also with trying to bribe a man of law.
