Stalin's right-hand.......Bert???
Most of the documents and photos regarding the Former Soviet Union were demised after the fall of the USSSR. Only little evidence has survived. We have part of it. Since the picture has travelled a long way (in miles and years) it was very difficult to keep the photo from harm. But still, that person above Stalin looks a little familiar. Isn't he?
