With more than three thousand permanent athletes, latinamerica is one of the areas of the American continent which promises to be a strong representative for the next competitions celebrated on a world class level. With its varied calendar of national and international events, competitors can maintain a stable rythm of participation and in this way accumulate titles in the olympic cycle in the different events in which they participate.

Our sport has advanced so much that it is recognized by all of the National Olympic Committees and has been able to wake the interest of multinational enterprises who with their sponsorship have helped to bring out individually each one if its countries to be mentioned with pride in the sport in which they participate.

It is important that you as an athlete and as an individual who represents your country, cross the frontiers that separate countries and that as a participant you choose events with the proper ideals, and that you interchange customs. Take with you the triumph to the other countries you visit.
