I am attending a conference and just heard Steve Ford, son of #38, tell us that we should take 20 subjects and write about them for our kids. I'm going to do it on this blog. The first subject I'll go for is integrity.

For Caroline - Do what you say you will do. Keep the promises you make.

For Kevin - Say what you mean, and mean what you say.  Be careful in positioning yourself in making commitments, so that you will be able to follow through on them.

For Courtney - Walk your talk. Not only keep promises, but be consistent in your actions - so that your viewpoint is manifested. At this level of integrity "your actions speak so loudly, I can't hear what you're saying."
