| Oklahoma City Memorial OK AFA Tribute Official NAFA
NAFA Regional Percentage NAFA Ballparks |
The Oklahoma AFA is
taking Oklahoma by storm. We had a great year of softball in 1999,
ending the season with two National Tournaments being held in Oklahoma.
We also had two National Champions coming from our state. The Oklahoma
Knockouts won the 12-Under Nationals and the Oklahoma Ambush brought
home the 16-Under crown. The growth of the AFA in Oklahoma is expected to continue as we enter
the 2000 season. With a record number of teams signing up to play AFA in
1999 and with the success we had in the 1999 Nationals, we expect to
continue to grow for many years.
While the growth of our organization is welcomed, it does bring with
it a new problem. In order to continue to grow and promote the best
quality softball, the Oklahoma AFA is in need of fields to host
tournaments. If your organization or league can provide us with quality
fields to host more tournaments, please let us know. You can e-mail us
from this site or leave your information in our guestbook.
We will update the tournament page of this web site as soon as the
2000 schedule is made available. Thank you for your support of Oklahoma
AFA and the girls who love to play. Please visit the Oklahoma AFA's tribute to the Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial. We are sure you will find it as rewarding and inspirational as we do. To view the tribute click here,it may take a minute to load the slide show.
