Dan: In all fairness to Johnny Smith, the man HAS come back from numerous injuries and pulled victories off when nobody thought he could! Smith still with the side headlock, but Corson lifts him up and drops him down on the knee! Corson drops an elbow into the kneecap! And now again! Now Corson puts the leg against the bottom rope, and he drops down on it! The referee's warning him, but he does it again just for good measure! And again! Corson backs off, and now he drags Smith to his feet. He hoists him up by the waist and drops him down on the knee, but he holds on! Now again...NO! Smith shifts his weight, and a bulldog on Corson! Smith rolls over and makes a cover on Corson... 1... 2..not quite enough behind that bulldog! Smith back up to his feet, and he's limping visibly! Andru Edwards: He's hurt already! There's no way he's making it all the way! Dan: Smith takes Corson off his feet with a lariat! Now he brings Corson back up, and an Irish whip sends him off the ropes. Side suplex by Smith! Smith now with a fistdrop on Corson, and a cover! Only a one-count on that one. Corson back up, and Smith catches him in a belly-to-belly suplex into a pinning position! 1...2...Corson again kicks out! Smith brings him up, and a suplex attempt...but the leg gives out, and Corson falls on top of him! 1...2...didn't get him. Corson back up, and he again goes back to that leg! He's kicking on the back of the knee, and now he drives his knee into the ligaments! Now he grabs the leg and snaps it back hard! Smith's in pain! Andru Edwards: Johnny Smith ought to just give it up! He ain't got what it takes anymore, he can't hang with real athletes! Dan: Burke now yanks on the leg, and a figure-four leg lock on Johnny Smith! The ref's asking if he wants to submit, but Smith's not giving! Andru Edwards: Come on! Give it up, Olden Boy! Dan: Smith struggling to reverse the hold, but Corson's got it locked in deep! Smith is near the ropes, if he can just inch his way over a bit more! Smith is almost at the ropes...he made it! Referee Ryan Gentle trying to break the hold, but Corson slow to release it! The official's warning him again, and now he's making a count! Corson finally releases the hold, but immediately grabs the leg again! He drags Smith by the leg right into the center of the ring, and he's going for that figure-four leglock again! No, wait!
