Dan: George Muldoon coming down the aisle wearing his trademark white suit and bandana. What an opportunity this young man has tonight. He can win his first AICW title here by defeating one of his toughest rivals, Gino Valentini! Dima: In Russia, rivals do battle in town square with homemade wooden spears! Dan: Who cleans up? Dima: Family and friends of losers! Dan: George Muldoon grabs a microphone at ringside. George Muldoon: Vic Garibaldi...This is for you. As for Gino...(Shakes his head)...Let's dance! Dan: Muldoon looking determined as he gives his bandana away to a ringside fan, and now he's stepping in the cage ready for battle! Andy: And his opponent... <"Hold Me, Thrill Me,Kiss Me, Kill Me" by U2 begins to play.> Andy: ...from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, weighing 270 pounds, GINO VALENTINI!!! Dan: Gino Valentini strolling down the aisle very casually. This man confident that he can take the AICW Television strap! Dima: BAH! These Italians are so STUPID, they probably not knowing belt is on line! Dan: Gino circling the ringside area, and he's feeling out the bars of the cage! He's keeping Muldoon waiting inside the cage, and Muldoon very eager to get down to business! Gino motioning to Andy Burton to hand him the microphone, apparently he has something to say! Gino Valentini: George Muldoon... KING GEORGE!! Heh... (Gino pauses, and roughs up Andy Burton a little.) Gino Valentini: Hold up the mic, son. There ya go... Now, George Muldoon. You're supposed to be the young man in The Firm, is that right? The Firm's little "hot prospect," eh? Well I'll tell ya what Georgie, I've been there, and I've done that. I did my time inside The Firm, but a little down the line, I finally came to my senses and realized that I could take care of business on my own, much unlike yourself Muldoon. Ya see, I didn't need Ozzy Bates! I sure as hell didn't need Rita Fulchino, for whatever the hell she was worth... But most of all, I didn't need that lowlife scumbag Vic Garibaldi! (Gino pauses as the fans begin to boo.) Gino Valentini: Now two weeks ago, a beat-up, worn-out kid by the name of Alex Raptor came out here, and said that I, Gino Valentini, only got to where I am because I rode on the coattails of Vic Garibaldi. Ain't that a load of crap?! (Gino pauses.) Gino Valentini: What one Mr. Alex Raptor said out here two weeks ago, is far, FAR, from the truth. What he said, is totally without any merit. Now I'll try to be breif, because I'm a bit anxious to kick a little more ass tonight, but if I may, I'd like to travel back a couple months in time... My point is actually pretty simple, and here it is. Did you ever see Vic Garibaldi out here, helping out Gino with any of his matches? (Gino pauses for crowd reaction.) Gino Valentini: NO! NEVER HAPPENED! Whatever I did, whoever I beat, I did it on my own God dammit! But now here's my point... Whenever Vic Garibaldi was out here, who do you see at his side? Huh?! That's right... It was Gino! Oh yea, and ya can't forget that other little, less significant piece of crap, Oswald Bates, but that's not the point! The point is, when Gino wanted something done, he went out and did it himself, but when Vic Garibaldi wanted something done, who'd he come to? (Gino takes Andy Burton's arm and makes him hold the mic up towards the crowd. A small chant of "Gino!" is heard.) Gino Valentini: That's right, GINO! (looking at Burton) Simple, right? Heh... Now you're free to go little man, I gotta go beat on this chump for the next 15 minutes or so! Dan: Gino steps into the cage, and George Muldoon immediately to the attack! Dan: Muldoon pounding away on Gino's back, trying to keep the bigger man down! Gino with a HUGE size advantage in this contest, and Muldoon has to keep him down! George choking Gino against the ropes! Muldoon to the other side, he comes back and sits down across Gino's back! Valentini slumps over to the side, and Muldoon pumps his fist in the air to the approval of this crowd! Dima: HAIL MOTHER RUSSIA! Dan: Stop it! Muldoon brings Gino to his feet, and he fires him straight into the cage! Muldoon trying to use all the momentum he can gather against the big man! George again pulls Gino up, and this time he rams him head first in the steel! These cage matches carry along with them career ending implications, so Gino has to be careful and avoid moves like this! Gino pulling himself to his feet, and Muldoon grabs him by the hair! Muldoon pulls Gino by his hair and he uses that to ram him face first into the cage! BOO-YAA! He does it again! Valentini is in big trouble, and now George rubbing his face across the steel cheese grater style!! Dima: Gino will have no skin on his face soon! Dan: Muldoon has busted Gino open!! Valentini has blood pouring out of his forehead! George jabbing away at the gash, making it bleed more! Dima: These men are bloodthirsty individuals! Dan: What a brutal match thus far, but it's been one-sided, with Gino yet to get in any offense! Muldoon again bashes Valentini's forehead into the bars, and now he takes him down with a big clothesline! George pulls Gino up by the hair, and Valentini sneaks in a quick jab, but Muldoon headbutts him right in the gash, and stuns him again! BOO-YAA! George connects with a dropkick, and Gino staggers backwards! Muldoon heads to the top rope. He looks like he's setting up for a moonsault here! He goes for it...MY GOD! Valentini caught George in mid-air, and brought him down in a reverse powerslam!! Absolutely DEVASTATING! Dima: That was smart move by Gino, no? Dan: What a counter by Valentini, who literally caught Muldoon by surprise and brought him down hard! Gino now on the attack, he pulls George to his feet. OH MY! Valentini with an impressive display of strength, as he gorilla presses Muldoon! BOO-YAA! He tosses George into the steel! Muldoon falls to the mat and gets tangled up. Gino kicking away at George! This match has gotten very brutal! Valentini pulling him to the center of the ring, and he presses him again! What power by Gino as he AGAIN throws Muldoon to the steel! Dima: I must say...I am impressed with this Valentini...slightly. Dan: Gino places George up on the top rope. What is he setting up for? BOO-YAA! Belly-to-belly superplex by Valentini! Impressive maneuver by Gino! Valentini working very methodically, taking his time. He pulls Muldoon up, and nails him with a side suplex! There's the first cover of the match! ONE.....TWO..... NO! George able to kick out, he still has a lot left in him! Gino nodding to the crowd confidently, and he whips Muldoon to the ropes. George ducks under a clothesline, comes back off the other side, and slaps on a sleeper!! Muldoon has a sleeper on Valentini! OH MY! Gino able to get right out of that with a crushing jawbreaker! George down again, and Valentini pointing to his head, telling these people how smart he is. Dima: Eh..Gino is smart, but all Russians are geniuses! Dan: Valentini pulling Muldoon up, there's another Irish whip! George reverses it, goes for a dropkick, but Gino holds on to the ropes, and there's nowhere to go! Muldoon lands flat on his back! Valentini again pointing to his head, and he raises his arms, looking for the approval of the crowd! Dima: These people hate him with passion, but they love DIMA! Dan: Gino again turning his attention to George, and what is this?! Dan: "The Convict" Oswald Bates is making his way down the aisle! What is he doing?! Dima: He is here to cause trouble with his Italian friends! Dan: Bates walking down the aisle slowly! He's the former AICW Television Champion, having given up the belt earlier this evening! But he has no business being out here! Neither Valentini nor Muldoon have seen him yet as Bates approaches the ringside area! Dima: This Bates is up to no good! Dan: Gino pulls George up, and I think he just noticed Ozzy at ringside. Valentini going about his business as Bates looks on! He's obviously here to support Muldoon, but what he intends to do is unknown! Gino picks up George...BOO-YAA!! Devastating chokeslam in the center of the ring! Another cover by Valentini! ONE.....TWO..... THR...NO! Referee James Roma only counts two! Gino again pulls up Muldoon, and he nearly takes his head off with a massive clothesline! Valentini trading glances with Ozzy, as he peels George up off the mat. Gino with a kick to the midsection, and he follows up with a jumping side kick! That's one of Valentini's trademarks! Gino well in control of this match, as Bates approaches the time-keeper's table. Valentini nails Muldoon with a back elbow smash, and he falls into the corner! Dima: It looks like all hell is breaking loose! Dan: Ozzy has grabbed the AICW Television Title, and he's going through the cage door into the ring! He's gonna blindside Gino! Bates is in the ring, and now Valentini notices him! Gino getting into his fighting stance!! Ozzy throws down the title, and swings at Valen..WHAT?!!! THEY BUMPED FISTS!!! Gino and Bates just bumped fists!! Ozzy has turned on The Firm!! Bates picks up the AICW Television Title, and he's lining up George! Ozzy's gonna nail him!! NO! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!!?! Bates nailed Valentini with the belt! And Gino nailed him with a kick to the midsection!!! This looks like a...double double-cross!!! Dima: Both Valentini and Bates had it in for each other, no? Dan: I believe so! Bates swings at Gino, but he ducks! Valentini hoists up Ozzy, and BOO-YAA!!! He nails him with the Death Valley Driver!! Gino puts the boots to Bates, but Muldoon takes Valentini down from behind with a nice bulldog! Ozzy leaving the cage with the AICW Television Title, and George nails Gino with a savate kick! Muldoon now going to the ropes, he comes off, but gets caught by Valentini with a devastating spinebuster!!! Valentini with a cover! This has got to be it! ONE.....TWO..... THREE!! HE GOT HIM!! NO! Referee James Roma says it was only a two! Dima: This match has gotten out of hand, no? Dan: Gino going all the way to the top of the cage!! What is he trying to do?! George is getting to his feet, and he's following Valentini up the cage! Gino turning around at the top, but Muldoon has caught up with him!! George looks to be setting up Valentini for a superplex off the top of the cage!! Dima: Somebody's career will be over! Dan: Muldoon goes for it, but Gino blocks it!! Valentini blocked the superplex!! What is he doing now?! He's picking up George!! OH NO HE ISN'T!!! OH GOD!! DEATH VALLEY DRIVER OFF THE TOP OF THE CAGE!!! What a move!! Muldoon just plummeted well over ten feet down to the canvas! Gino still on top, and he comes off with a devastating legdrop off the top!!! That's gotta be the nail in the coffin!! ONE.....TWO..... THREE!!! Andy: The winner of this contest, and NEW AICW TELEVISION CHAMPION...GINO VALENTINI!!! Dan: Gino the new champ, but Bates just nailed him from behind with the belt!! Valentini won't get the chance to enjoy his victory, as Ozzy and now George Muldoon laying into him! AICW Commissioner Argie Otero, the latest member of the Demonweb, is making her way down the aisle to a torrent of boos! I don't think anyone in the AICW is more hated than her! Dima: They love DIMA! Dan: Argie grabbing the microphone as she steps into the cage! Argie Otero: OK SHUT UP!! If you fans are gonna boo me, I'm gonna start charging a thousand bucks a pop for nose-bleed seats!! Now listen up, and I'm talking to YOU THREE PATHETIC WOPS!!! Ain't no title gonna change hands without MY consent, so hand it over before I put you on the street like the homeless bums you are! Bates, if you ever try to pull a stunt like that again, I won't merely fine you...I'LL CUT OFF YOUR WHOLE DAMN PAYCHECK, HA HA HA HA!!!! Valentini, YOU are NOT the new AICW Television Champion. Since I am the Commissioner, and my power over-rides everyone else, I am hereby declaring... LEGION the NEW AICW TELEVISION CHAMPION!!!! HA HA HA HA HA!!! And he will defend this belt at Steel City Meltdown '98 in a triangle match with none other than Zeek Monkey and Billy Kane!! Dan: This is ubsurd! Zeek and Kane hate each other and will most likely leave the door open for an easy Legion win! We've got to take a break, but we'll be back!
