Dan: We're back, and...wait a minute! Something's going on here!

<Fans start looking to the aisle.>

Dan: That's Mark McMahon!  He's making his way down the aisle!  He's got
that neck brace on again!  What's he doing out here?  I think he's going to
speak to "Hard Line" Byron Brady!  He's got a microphone on him!  Listen to
the hush that has fallen over this crowd!  Everyone wants to hear what Mark
has to say!  We've seen "Big D" Devon Burke! We've seen The Knick Man!  It
seems that no one has been able to get through to Byron!  Let's hear what
McMahon has to say!

<Mark McMahon holds the microphone to his mouth.  He looks around at the
crowd, which is remaining silent.  He still wears a neck brace, and has a
very serious look on his face.>

Mark McMahon: Byron...<pauses>  You've been an inspiration to many of us
here in the AICW.  The fans, the wrestlers...you've been my inspiration,
Byron.  When you entered the AICW, we formed an alliance.  It was me, you,
and Kelly Lynn.  We had a definite goal in mind.  We said that we would take
on all the wrestlers who give this great sport
a bad name!  <Byron looks unresponsively at Mark>  We said that we would
stop at absolutely NOTHING to achieve that goal!  We said we wouldn't rest
until the AICW was a model of sportsmanship, athleticism, and competition!
We VOWED these things, Byron!  <Byron tips his head to the side, seemingly
letting Mark's words fly over his head>  We promised ourselves, and we
promised these people!  <Byron looks contemplative as the fans cheer>  We
said that we'd do this TOGETHER!  I can't do it alone, and the other
wrestlers cannot make up for what you offer, Byron!  Do you know why, Byron?
<Byron doesn't answer>  We made a pact, and that pact became a friendship.
Byron, I don't have many friends.  But I had you!  I wanna know where you've
been, Byron.  I haven't seen you for weeks!  <McMahon starts pacing>  The
last time I saw you, I didn't have THIS!  <McMahon points to his neck brace>
Did you see that on T.V.?  <Byron doesn't answer>  What went through your
mind when it happened?  I'd like to know these things.  Did you cringe like
these people?  Did you feel bad when the doctors told me never to wrestle
again?  My career is probably over!  I may have beaten Chris Del Rio
tonight, but it took everything I had, and I'm lucky to be walking around!
I need help in stopping people like The Enterprise, Mista Smith, <right to
Byron's face> KYLE BANE!!  <Byron shifts in his seat>  These people need
you!  This sport needs you!  This is not the Byron Brady I know!  There's no
fire in those eyes!  <Byron focuses his attention on Mark> The Byron Brady I
know is passionate about the sport of wrestling!  The Byron I know cares
about these people!  Don't you see the looks on the faces of these children
who look up to you?!  Look around you, Byron!  <Byron looks up into the
stands, but his expression doesn't change>  I can see it their
eyes, Byron!  They still show the desire!  I can hear them calling
"Byron...Byron!"  <Fans start chanting "Byron">  I never thought I'd see
this day, Byron!  I never thought you'd give up!  You're the last person I
ever thought would QUIT!!  Byron, be a winner, not a loser! I want to
remember you as one of the GREATEST of all time!  Do you
want to leave behind a great legacy?  Or do you want to leave behind a bunch
of broken promises?  You were a hero, an inspiration, and a role-model!  But
you've become a mystery, Byron!  I don't know what to think anymore!  I'm
all broken up inside!!  I don't even know if you're still my friend, Byron!
<Byron again shifts in his seat>  But I still hope so, Byron.....because I
love you.  And I can't let you just sit there and waste away!  Get over your
injuries, get over your frustrations, but above all, get back in the ring!!
<The fans cheer as Byron bows his head>  Byron, I want you back.  As a
friend, and as a partner!  These fans want you back too.  Byron,
please...come back.  <Mark extends his hands to Byron as the fans continue
to chant "Byron...Byron!"  Bryon Brady stands up and looks blankly at
McMahon.  He looks at McMahon's hand, then at the fans.  Byron looks Mark
right in the face, then walks away to the back.  He keeps his head down and
doesn't indicate any thoughts.  Mark closes his eyes and clenches his teeth
in bitter frustration.  The fans remain silent.  Mark sits down in Byron's
chair and drops the mic as he sits silently with his head down.>

Dan: Fans, I can't believe that Byron Brady has walked out on Mark McMahon!
McMahon poured his heart out tonight!

Dima: The loss of a friend is a tough thing to take!

Dan: If Brady's best friend and tag team partner couldn't get through to
him--what hope does anyone else have? Ladies and gentlemen, this has been
quite an eventful War, to say the least--but it's not over yet! Coming up
next, the big one--two former friends face off as Ozzy Bates defends the
honor of the Firm against Gino Valentini!

Dima: This "Firm" has no honor to defend!

Dan: Let's take you down to Andy Burton, who is standing by with the
introductions!

Andy: This contest is scheduled for one fall!  Introducing first, from
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, weighing 270 pounds, GINO "KNUCKLES"VALENTINI!!!

Dan: Gino Valentini about ready to step into the ring with his former friend
and cohort in The Firm, Ozzy Bates!

Dima: In Russia, when two friends have trouble, they have a duel tothe
death!

Dan: Well, these two men, Gino and Ozzy are about to explode!!

Andy: And his opponent, led to the ring by Cyn, from Sicily, weighing 271
pounds, "THE CONVICT" OSWALD BATES!

Dan: Ozzy Bates is charging the ring!  This match is gonna be acomplete
brawl!

Dima: You Americans do not know how to wrestle!

<DING DING DING>

Dan: Both men are going at it!  Referee Ryan Gentle has completely lost
control of this contest!!

Dima: He never had it!

Dan: Ozzy is getting the upper hand!  He throws Gino through the ropes and
to the outside!!  Bates going out after him, and he's grabbing a chair!
BOO-YAA!  Ozzy cracks Valentini right over the head with that chair!  OH!
There's another shot!!  Bates with an Irish whip, and Gino goes flying into
the guardrail!  This is crazy!

Dima: You Americans are crazy!

Dan: Ozzy rolling back inside the ring, and he's broken the count! Valentini
slowly recovering, he's a little shaken up.  Gino rolling in under the
bottom ropes, and hopefully we'll see some wrestling here.  They lock up,
but Valentini drops to his knees and nails Ozzy with a low blow!  Referee
Ryan Gentle not happy about it, but Gino claiming it was to the stomach!
Gimme a break, that was a blatant low blow! Valentini cracks Bates with a
mafia kick, and he goes down!  Gino brings him to his feet, and there's a
whip to the ropes!  Ozzy comes back, and gets nailed with a belly-to-belly
suplex!  Nice move!  Cover by Valentini!  ONE....NO!  Only a one count!
Gino complaining to referee Ryan Gentle about a slow count, but there's no
reason for that!

Dima: Americans cannot count!

Dan: Valentini brings Bates to his feet, and a reverse neckbreaker by
Valentini!  Well executed!  Gino quickly slaps on a standing figure four
leglock!  Ozzy is in trouble!  Ozzy reaching for the ropes, he's about to
grab them, but Valentini breaks the hold and begins kicking away at Bates!
Gino bringing him to his feet, and there's a scoop and
a big powerslam!  Another cover by Valentini!  ONE....TWO...NO!  Kickout by
Ozzy!  Gino going up to the top ropes!  The big man on top!  He's waiting
for Bates to get to his feet!  Flying shoulder tackle off the top misses the
mark!  Ozzy ducked out of the way of that, and Valentini hits the canvas
hard!  Bates with an opportunity to take
control of this match!  He picks up Gino, and nails him with a backbreaker!
Ozzy to the ropes, and he drops a headbutt on Valentini!  There's a cover by
Bates!  ONE...TWO.....Gino kicks out!  Great desire to win shown by both
men!

Dima: Effort means nothing!  We Russians rely solely on physical ability!

Dan: Ozzy picking up Valentini by the hair!  He sets him up!  Double
underhook DDT!!!  ONE....TWO.....NO!  Kickout again by Gino!  What
intestinal fortitude!  Bates can hardly believe it!  He sets up Valentini!
Tombstone piledriver!! ONE....TWO.....
THR..NO!!  So close!!  Bates getting very frustrated!  He wants this
victory!  He's setting up Gino on the buckle!  Ozzy going up!!  Big
superplex by Bates!!  What a move!  Both men down, but Ozzy rolling over to
cover Valentini!  ONE......TWO....
THREE!!  YES!!  Wait, NO!  Referee Ryan Gentle only says two!  What a match
this is!!  Bates again with an underhook!  Tiger bomb into a pin!
ONE....TWO......
Gino stays alive!!  Ozzy grabbing a handful of hair!  Chokeslam by Bates!!!
He should be going for the cover!  He's going to the ropes! Bates with a big
splash!  NO!  Valentini moves!  Both men out on the mat!  Referee Ryan
Gentle counting away!  Both men slowly getting to their knees!  Gino
gradually getting up first!  He whips Ozzy to the
ropes!  Valentini hits the ropes as well!  Gino ducks under a clothesline,
comes back from the other side, and DOUBLE CLOTHESLINE!! Both men out cold!!

Dima: They are drunk American pigs!

Dan: Referee Ryan Gentle counting both men out!  We may see a double count
out!  He's up to three!  Only Gino is slightly moving!  Five! Ozzy still
down!  Now Gino getting to his knees!  Gentle stops counting, and Valentini
drops an elbow on Bates, who just started to come out of it!  Gino bringing
Ozzy to his feet!  He's standing him up in the middle of the ring!  Bates is
groggy!  Valentini to the ropes! Jumping side kick!!  Ozzy goes flying to
the outside!

Dima: This Bates is like airplane!  HAH!  DIMA make joke!

Dan: Gino is outside on the apron!  He's standing there like a hawk! Waiting
for Ozzy to get to his feet!  Bates is starting to stand up, he turns
around!  Valentini with a flying clothesline!!  Both men are on the outside!
Referee Ryan Gentle counting them out!  There's a backbreaker by Gino!  He
rolls under the ropes to break the count! Valentini back outside again
looking to do some more damage to Ozzy! He's still down on the concrete!
Gino drops a leg right across the sternum!  Valentini celebrating, and he's
rolling the lifeless body of Bates into the ring!  Gino following him in!
He should be going forthe cover!

Dima: He should go to a RUSSIAN wrestling school!

Dan: Valentini setting up Ozzy on the top turnbuckle!  He's going for a
belly-to-back superplex!  This is the setup for the Death Valley Driver!!
Gino's got him!  NO!  Bates turned it around in mid-air!  He comes crashing
down on top of Valentini, and there's a cover! ONE......TWO.....
