Dan: Thank God that the brawl is over! Vic Garibaldi has been sent out of the building. He's in security's custody right now! They're in the process of escorting him to his hotel room and then to the airport! Banno is in the Township Rebellion locker room and De Niro and Takahashi have been sent to their locker room as well. Right now, we'll be seeing the AICW Television Champion "Swingin'" Chandler Stone defend his title against Elvis! Now folks, you've heard the rumors, you've heard the buzz, well it's official: Chandler Stone has given his notice to the AICW. Will he go out on top, with the belt intact as the undefeated champion? Let's go to Andy! Andy: The following contest, scheduled for one fall, is for the AICW Television Championship! Introducing first, is the challenger: accompanied by "Supersexy" Juan LaFon, weighing in at 350 pounds, from Memphis, Tennessee, here is ELVIS!!! Dan: Juan LaFon, leading her man! He's looking pumped for this match! Elvis's fans are also in the house tonight! Knick Man: Look , ELVI! Andy: And ladies and gentlemen, his opponent--from New York City, weighing 221 pounds--the AICW Television Champion, SWINGIN' CHANDLER STONE! Dan: Chandler Stone is psyched for this match, as always! He looks a little drowsy! He even looks a bit....drunk?! Knick Man: Yeah, me and Chandler had a few Knick Man Championship beers before the show! As you can see, he wasn't man enough to handle it! Dan: Chandler coming into the ring now! Elvis attacking him from behind, and now he's stomping away! Elvis picking up Stone and he whips him to the ropes! Chandler ducks under a clothesline of flab and he comes back again with a sloppy flying body press! Elvis catches him and Elvis with the powerslam! Elvis now to the ropes! Elvis off and a big splash! Roma counts! ONE.........TWO........... THREE!!! New champ! New champ! Marv: YES! Knick Man: That was quick! Andy: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this match...and NEW AICW Television Champion, ELVIS!!! Dan: Juan LaFon couldn't be happier! Stone rolls out of the ring and he's clutching his stomach! Stone now....oh no! UGHHHH! Chandler Stone just lost his lunch!!! Right in the middle of the aisle! And now he's just walkin' on! This guy is wasted! Marv: But Dan, he's going out like a true champion...in the time honored tradition! Knick Man: Yeah, losing! Dan: Well, earlier today, I had the opportunity to speak with Mark McMahon, who will be making his in ring debut very soon! So while the janitor cleans up the mess, let's take a look at this footage. Dan: Thank you, Mark, for spending this time with us. Now, tell us a little about yourself, where do you come from? Mark McMahon: Well, I think that everyone knows a little bit about my background being that my father is responsible for a lot of what happens in the wrestling business these days. I remember going to the matches when I was a little kid, and I was an instant fan of wrestling. Eventually, my father took over the company and wanted to gear the program towards children. He would ask me what kind of things I would like to see happen and ask me how certain stars should be portrayed. He would use my ideas, but he would also twist them around. As I got older, I realized what he did and I also realized that he never thanked me or gave me credit for my ideas. So, I stopped. The company started to falter, and he blamed me! But, it was all HIS fault. I expressed my interest in becoming a wrestler, so I began my training. I made my debut under a mask and did jobs for the "stars" in the company. This didn't make me happy, mainly because I was far more talented than the men I was making look good. I refused to go on, and he told me to leave the house. So, I split and here I am. Dan: Do you feel that your father owes you something? Mark: Oh yes. I feel that he owes me his welfare. I think he is a bit misguided. He's got a big ego and can't stand it when other people do things better than him. But, that situation is in the past now, and I don't feel I need to talk about it anymore. I'm in the AICW now, and I ONLY care about the AICW! Dan: Sorry, one last question about that and then I'll put it to rest. Mark: WHAT?! Dan: What are your thoughts on the recent Bret Hart situation? Mark: I respect Bret not only for what he has done for this sport, but also because he is a man who respects this sport. He doesn't need to cheat to win his matches. Like me, he likes to have a fair fight. And I really feel for him. I know what he's going through, because I've been there. And as far as what my father did to him, it makes me sick. I've lost all respect for him. He's not my father. What really got me, was the fact that he had the nerve to talk about the "time-honored tradition." If you follow the course of his company, you'll see that HE was the first to break that tradition. That's all I have to say about him! Dan: Let's talk about the AICW. Why have you chosen this league? Mark: I feel that Vic Garibaldi said it best when he said AICW was "the future." I came here to help change that future for the better. The AICW has the talent and booking savvy to be the best organization in the world. I chose to come here to send it in the right direction. Dan: What are your feelings on Byron Brady? Mark: I agree with a lot of Mr. Brady's ideas. It's good to know that there's someone who is willing to help me out. Dan: I caught up with Mr. Brady's manager, Kelly Lynn Gallaher earlier in the week at the AICW headquarters and she gave me a letter to give to you. I felt this was the perfect time to read it to you. "Mr. McMahon, As manager and business agent for Byron "Hard Line" Brady, I am compelled to personally write you on behalf of Byron. Mark, Byron and you both seem to see wrestling in the same light. I know Byron has expressed great interest in possibly forming an alliance or even a tag team with you. Personally, I think the two of you could run roughshod over Black Power, that nauseous Perfect combo, and Money and Power. They all seem to stand for the type of ring fighting that you and Byron are both strongly against. Also, with the two of you at the forefront, others of similar mettle may join AICW, or those currently within the ranks may wish to strengthen the alliance that you and Hard Line can germinate. I will also offer my services to manage the pairing, or to stay out of it, whichever option you and Byron feel works best. Get back to me at your earliest convienence, Mark. I see a New Age for AICW on the horizon. I could go on and on, but I think I have said my piece. Thank you for the time, Kelly Lynn Gallaher" Your comments? Mark: I want to let Byron know that if he wants to form an alliance, he's got it! If he wants to form a tag team, that's even better! There's plenty of people in the AICW who need a good butt-kickin'. And I think Byron and myself can turn this fed upside down and send it in the right direction! And I'd love to have Kelly Lynn Gallaher as a manager! Throughout wrestling history, there has always been a great mind behind every successful tag team! I too see a New Age not only for the AICW, but eventually the entire wrestling business! So, as far a tag team goes, consider it done! Dan: Anything else you have to say? Mark: I just want to let all the fans out there know that in Byron Brady and myself, you have two men who are devoted to bringing the AICW back to a respectable level. I love this sport, and I swear to God, to myself, and to everyone out there that I'm not gonna let the egos, the ultraviolence, and the hatred ruin this great business! I'm dead serious about this! I'm gonna give 1001 percent until each and every man, woman, and child alive knows that the SPORT of wrestling is the greatest sport on the face of the earth! Dan: ...Thank you, Mark. Marv: He's certainly a man with direction! Knick Man: It's about time someone entered this sport with a great competitive spirit! Lord knows it's hard work being the only man to win matches based on pure wrestling talent! Dan: He's a great young man with vision, and we wish him and Byron Brady the best of luck! We'll be seeing our main event momentarily between Ice Cold and "Golden Boy" Johnny Smith! Now, what WAIT A MINUTE!! Something's going on in the back! Dan: De Niro and Banno are going at it! Finally, security is on the way! Here come Frankie Sarracco and the Godfather! WHOA! A black car just pulled up! I think Blackjack Takahashi is driving that car! Knick Man: Blackjack can drive? He can't even read or speak English! Dan: He just popped the trunk open! Finally this brawl is getting broken up! Security holding these two apart! WAIT A MINUTE! Nicky De Niro just grabbed the Godfather!! He's picking him up and NO! He's throwing him in the trunk of the car! De Niro steps in the car, and they pull off! Nicky De Niro and Blackjack Takahashi have kidnapped the Godfather! Knick Man: These guys disgust me! Marv: You know, we may never see him again. Dan: Banno chasing after them, but it's no use! The Township Rebellion is irate! We've got to get to our main event! I can't believe what we've just seen! This is disgusting! Let's go to Andy! Andy: The following matchup is THE MAIN EVENT, and it is scheduled for one fall. First, making his way to the ring, from Atlanta Georgia, weighing 276 pounds, here is "The Golden Boy" JOHNNY SMITH! Dan: And The Golden Boy making his way down the aisle to loud applause. The fans really love Johnny Smith and they are going to be solidly behind him whenever he gets his title shot against World Champion Kyle Bane! Marv: Johnny Smith, a marvalous competitor in the sport of wrestling! Knick Man: Yeah, he's got a little bit of skills! But if he ever stepped into the ring with The Knick Man, I would dominate him, with extreme ease! Andy: And his opponent, from Los Angeles, California, weighing 350 pounds, ICE COLD! Dan: Ice Cold looking good after Apocalypse 97! Johnny Smith blames Ice Cold for his not winning the World Championship so this match should be intense! Marv: It should be spectacular! Knick Man: And I'm sure everyone's favorite racist, Martin X is somewhere around here! We all know how much he LOVES Johnny Smith and Ice Cold! Dan: Ice Cold and Johnny Smith staring each other down. They lock up and Ice Cold easily backs Smith down with his pure power. Johnny Smith grabbing the ropes and referee Ryan Gentle forcing Ice Cold to release the hold. They lock up again and this time Ice Cold applies a headlock. Smith struggling to break the hold and he pushes Ice Cold to the ropes. Cold comes back and clothesline by Smith sends Ice to the mat! Smith to the ropes, Cold on his feet, leap frog by Cold, Smith comes back, and BIG BOOT TO THE FACE OF SMITH by Ice Cold, sends The Golden Boy to the mat! Cold going for the early win ............one................two....................kickout by Smith! You aren't going to put a wrestling legend away that easy! Knick Man: Especially one on the level of Smith! He may be washed up! But he still has a little bit of talent left in him! Dan: Ice Cold picking up Smith and he applies a standing wristlock! Ice trying to outwrestle Johnny Smith and I think he may need to rethink his strategy! Smith grabs the ropes and Ice Cold releasing the hold. Ice grabbing Smith. He lifts him up and BACK BODY DROP, by the big man! Ice hooks the leg, one..................two...................another kickout by Johnny Smith! Ice Cold lifting Smith off the mat. He's setting him up for the suplex, but Smith blocks it! Ice tries again, but another block by Smith! Smith lifts Cold up and BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX! Marv: A spactular move by Johnny Smith! Dan: Smith picking Ice up and TRAPEZIUS NERVE HOLD! A great way to wear down the big man! Ice is in pain, and Smith applying more pressure. Referee Ryan Gentle asking Ice if he wants to submit, but Ice refuses! Smith putting more pressure on the nerve but Ice Cold refuses to submit! Smith releasing the hold. He picks Cold up and NECKBREAKER! Knick Man: I bet that hurt! Dan: Smith, hooking the leg, one...................two......................three! Nope, Ice Cold getting that right shoulder up! Smith now picking Ice Cold up and he sends him over the top ropes! Wait, what's this! Martin X has jumped over the railing from out of the crowd. HE HAS A CHAIR AND BOO-YA! X nails Cold with the chair. But X doesn't see Smith behind him! Johnny Smith from behind and GOLDFINGER! Martin X drops the chair and now he's screaming in pain! Ryan Gentle warning Smith to come back in the ring and Smith releases the hold as Martin X falls to the mat! Johnny Smith picking Ice Cold up and rolling him back into the ring. He hooks the leg.... .....................one..........................two................. ........three! NO! Ice Cold kicking out at the last second! What resiliance! Marv: He's playing on instinct now! Dan: Johnny Smith now going to the top ropes! He climbs up! He's at the top! Ice Cold now on his feet, but he doesn't realize what's going on! Smith from the top and FLYING SHOULDER TACKLE! It's all over now! One............................ Two............................ Three! NO! Ice Cold kicked out! Unbelievable! Knick Man: For a second, I thought that was ME wrestling! Then I realize that if it was me, the match would have been over and I would have been celebrating right now! Dan: Johnny Smith, now with the Irish Whip to the ropes! And here he comes and BOO-YA! Nice follow up clothsline by "The Golden Boy." Smith now picking Cold up and ATOMIC DROP! We all know what's coming next! AND THERE IT IS! SMITH HAS THE GOLDFINGER ON ICE COLD! Ice Cold struggling to get loose, but he can't! Ryan Gentle checking to see if Ice Cold will give up but he refuses! Smith putting the hold on tighter, but Ice Cold refuses to submit! I don't even think he's conscious! Ryan Gentle lifting up Cold's arms, to check for consciousness! One..................................... Two..................................... Three! Cold is unconscious! This match is history! Andy Burton: The winner of the match, at the time of 10 minutes and 57 seconds, here is "THE GOLDEN BOY" JOHNNY SMITH! Dan: And Johnny Smith with a successful win over Ice Cold. He's looking to strap on a World Championship! Knick Man: Maybe I ought to sign with the AICW! I would easily dominate! Dan: Well that's all we have for tonight! Good night!
