Voted an offensive captain by his teammates. Started 14 games, not playing at Detroit and was inactive at Oakland because of injuries. Rushed for 855 yards on 203 carries with five touchdowns and added 40 receptions 273 yards. Topped 100 in three games, to up his career total to a club record 24.

1995
First player in franchise history to win back-to-back MVP awards as voted by his teammates...Pro Bowl starter and consensus first-team All-AFC and second-team All-NFL...Established new franchise records with eight 100-yard games, 16 total TDs and 15 rushing TDs...Led the AFC in rushing TDs, while finishing second in the NFL to the Dallas Cowboys' Emmitt Smith, and was fifth in total TDs.

AFC's leading rusher with a team record 1,545 yards on 333 carries...Pro Bowl selection and team MVP...Finished second in NFL in rushing to Detroit's Barry Sanders (1,833) and was also runner-up to Sanders in total yards from scrimmage...Accounted to 40.2% of the Seahawks offense, the league's third-highest figure behind Sanders' 43.3% and Marshall Faulk's 40.9%).

Started the first 14 games at RB and played in his first Pro Bowl...Topped 1,000 yards for the second straight season.

Took over starting RB job in the preseason, and became only the second RB in team history to rush for over 1,000 yards...Started all 16 games and totaled 1,017 yards on 223 carries (4.6 average).

College Highlights
School's all-time leader with 4,583 all-purpose yards, despite playing only two seasons...Originally attended University of Virginia as a defensive back and swithched to running back as a sophomore...Transferred to Ferrum prior to his junior season...First team ECAC in 1989 and a Football News first-team All-America in 1988.
