Theoren Fleury - 1995 Playoffs
It was Theoren's best playoff series no doubt. His 14 points in the series not only lead the first round in scoring, but also carried through the next round despite his elimination. The Flames and the Sharks went the distance, seven games in an incredible series that Calgary lost in overtime in game seven. The major highlight for Theo was games 3 & 4 in San Jose, with the Flames' down 2-0, Fleury had a four assist night in a 9-2 Flames romp in game 3, in game 4 a five point night scoring a career high 4 goals and adding an assist in the 6-4 win. The fans in San Jose hated Theo and called him the Runt, the front page of a Calgary newspaper the next day had Theo flipping four pucks as the title read "Runt's Revenge". The Flames went on to take the series lead in game 5 back on home ice where Fleury added another two goals. It wasn't to be for the Flames though as they lost the next two games, including game seven on a double overtime goal by Ray Whitney. Fleury finished fifteenth in playoff scoring despite playing only seven games.
