The NJCCA’s third All-Star Team was selected from a very competitive group of applicants in the Summer of 1999. Candidates for the team submitted a video tape that included: jumps, tumbling, cheer and dance. In addition, they were required to be juniors in good standing at the time of application, write a brief biography that specified their stunting ability, and have their applications attested to by their coach and school principal.
The team will be formerly presented at the NJCCA General Membership Meeting on Sunday, October 10, 1999. This year's winners are:
