Content of Training
The training plan must be established based on both long tern and short term goals. This is accomplished by creating a daily workown plan based on a comprehensive monthly or yearly plan. To produce maximum results, there are 3 components that must be carefully considered: intensity of training, duration of training and frequency of training. According to the level of the competitor, the following factors must be included in training.
a. physical stength training
-fundamental conditioning
-sport specific conditioning

- accuracy and power of techniques
- advanced skills
c. strategic training
- attack and counterattack
- individual specialty skills
- opponent management
d. willpower training
- meditation
- mental strength training
e. theoretical training
