This is an international soccer server experiment. 
It introduces African soccer to non-English speaking fans. 
The translations were done by a machine. 
So there might be some funny results like 'world cup'. 
Cup can mean something you win or somethink you drink from. 
So the machine had to decide...

  THE AFRICAN CUP OF NATIONS   BURKINA FASO 98  
  
The first event to introduce to you is the African Cup of Nations at Burkina Faso. 
It is a tournament like the Euro 96.  
It is played with 16 teams that emerged from 7 qualification groups. 
More than 50 associations belong to African soccer. 
But not all of them are able to take part. They cannot pay the travel costs. 
The Finals take place February 7th - February 28th.
