Billy Gunn joins the show on the phone.

KK says what a step he's taken, to make it to the "next level". Gunn says he's always been there and the Rock is the only one to not realize that yet. KK asks who will be next if he defeats the Rock, and Gunn says he imagines that he will go for the winner of the Heavyweight title and will not take him lightly. Gunn says Rock is jealous of him and that he's never been the world's greatest athlete or won the King of the Ring. Gunn talks about how he beat the Rock in a sprint at the gym. Gunn had untied boots and Rock had on tennis shoes, and Gunn said he was talking to the Rock while he was smoking him. Then he beat the Rock again and he says no matter what he does, Gunn is twice better than the Rock will ever be.

Gunn talks about how the Rock relies on the people, and that he never relies on anybody and that he does whatever he wants to do and kisses no one's ass and never will.

KK speaks about the political structure and a certain level of ass kissing that needs to be done to get to the next level. Gunn says he has always relied on his in ring and athletic ability in the WWF through his 8 year career in the World Wrestling Federation. Gunn says he doesn't want to ask people to do favors and says he has done everything everyone has asked him to do. Dr. says that sounds like Shawn Michaels and how it is do or die time. Gunn says he doesn't hurt other people's feelings, he just does what he has to do and feels he has enough ability and talent to make it to the next level without kissing ass.

KK asks if Gunn is ready if he someday wins the WWF title; if he is ready to take that responsibility. Gunn says he loves to help people, being one of the longest running people in the locker room, he loves to help people. Gunn says he always gives 110% for the people that paid to watch.

Dr. says that a lot of people will take notice if he does go and beat the Rock at Summerslam. Gunn says he hopes people realize that and doesn't believe the Rock doesn't take him seriously. He has been there for a shorter stint and is not taking it seriously. Gunn mocks him a little and says when he walks down the peopls's ramp, it's on.

KK asks what it's like to cut a promo, if there is a struggle or he is comfortable with it. Gunn says he tries to come up with his own words and says it's true, he does lack in that area, saying he is much more comfortable doing the sports entertaining act and that he is getting more comfortable with this. Feels that with time and work he can get pretty good at it.

KK brings up about the debut of Jericho and where Gunn sees his future in the WWF. Gunn says he doesn't know much about him but he believes he could be good in the company and will be good, and that Jericho fits in more up here, than he did down there.
