Now, even Islanders columnist John Valenti has turned against Mike, going on about what a bad coach and GM he is and how the Isles should get rid of him! Wow, I really wish the players would get their acts together and stop making Mike look so bad! I don't see how he can be the scapegoat. He's done everything he could, and now that every possibility has proven futile, everyone's now saying that he's giving up and should be shipped out! If they've got any better solutions, I'd like to hear 'em! They're so busy saying how wrong Mike is that they haven't even offered any suggestions on how to make it right! I think they should just shut their pompous holes and give a little more support instead of tearing up the whole team's confidence (or what's left of it) to shreds!
There, that's my vent for the day...I don't wish to have to do it again.
