Chariho - Westerly Challenge Cup The Chargers of Chariho High School and the Bulldogs of Westerly High School have been wrestling against each other since 1992. A sportsmanlike rivalry has always existed between the two teams due to the close proximity of the schools and the great camaraderie of both the wrestlers and their coaches. Each wrestling season the two rivals go at each other once again, with the winning school retaining posession of the coveted prize, the Chariho-Westerly Challenge Cup.
