Punisher won and claimed the WCCW Brass Knuckles Title at 23:18 with a Jumping Superplex off the top rope onto a double stack table on the outside of the ring. The pin was made on top of the broken tables. Punisher was then attacked by SNC Member Prime Punisher who left swinging his hand as to say he should the champion. *** |

Rock and Sinsation shocked the MWC and won with an Avalanche DDT from ROCK at 18:34. Blanchard and Simcox had the match won until General Stone threw powder in the eyes of Tully Blanchard, followed by the ending move. MVC was left in the ring stunned as Blanchard was taken out to the back, unable to see completely. **1/4 |

Mike Mayhem was about to win the Television Title from Dan Benson when Benson stunned Mayhem with a Shocker from nowhere.....Mayhem went livid and walked out of the ring and nailed referee David Manning with a chair....causing a disqualification win at 34:19 for Benson. Mayhem demanded a rematch, a Warior's Death Cage match for this Friday. Benson wasted no time in accepting the challenge. After both men leave the ring, lights go down....... (The sound of wind blowing fills the arena and much of the crowd stands in anticipation of the World Cruiserweight champion. Then "Dust In the Wind" starts up and Hyuk Suh Kim appears in the entry way. He walks down to ringside to a large standing ovation, then slides into the ring and takes the mic up in his right hand.) Hyuk: (looking out at the crowd and waiting for them to calm down) It's been awhile . . . (The crowd pops again.) Hyuk: Being back in the WCCW brings back some good memories. I've had some memorable victories, some memorable matches here. But, tonight, I've got a match that's bigger than everyone of the others put together. I've got Adam Fierce. (The crowd pops for Fierce too.) Hyuk: Some are calling it a clash in styles. Some are calling it a match of the year. And you will all see it here . . tonight! (Large ovation.) Hyuk: Now, as you all know, Adam leads the Northern Soldiers. And I'm sure a couple of you have heard that I'm a member of the Misfits. (Several boos are heard.) Hyuk: But you won't be seeing them tonight. On my honor, this will be one on one. Let's let the NeWA look at our match and see what good wrestling really is! (Huge ovation as Hyuk steps forward and narrows his eyes.) Hyuk: Because tonight, I'll be like the wind! (He pauses.) Hyuk: And no one will..... Hyuk and Crowd: SEE ME COMING!!! (He drops the mic and leaves as the music plays again.) |

In arguably the most shocking match of all time in WCCW, Mike Bell, now holding the NeWA US Title, fought Outsider and T Dawg one of the best matches in years....Outsider was concentrating more on his upcoming World Title Shot and was eliminated by a chair shot by T Dawg at 21:45 when he could not get up at the count of ten from outside the ring and with an fracture in his right foot. He was stretchered out to an area hospital to a huge pop from the Oklahoma crowd. Bell then went after T Dawg and slammed a chair repeatdely into his knee. Then Bell executed the Natural Lock and used the ring ropes for extra leverage......T Dawg did not submit but rather passed out from the extreme pain at 28:52 and nearly five minutes in the Natural Lock. T Dawg was out cold. Bell then shocked everyone by vacating the Texas Title in compliance with NeWA Rules. ****3/4 (A tournament will be announced in the coming weeks for the Texas Title) |

Tuilo regained the WCCW Title for the third time as Impulse was TDTed and then Tuiloplexed at 21:45. This was one of the most hard fought matches in years. Both men took it to the extreme going all over the arena, with many nearfalls. At the end, Impulse was defeated and Tuilo regained the belt for the third time. ***1/2 Post-match, Impulse asked to go on extended leave from WCCW. |

The match everyone had anticaipated in WCCW for years was worth the wait...Hyuk and Fierce were both escorted by their respective groups, Misfits and Northern Soldiers. However, Hoffman asked both teams to go the back, and with the encouragment of both combantants, they did. The match was extremely intense. Both men used every move and counter move they had in their arnesal. Hyuk attempted a Rising Sun submission twice, the last at 45:49 but both times Fierce escaped the hold. With less than a minute remaining in the sixty minute time limit, both men attempted a clothesline and both connected, both men hitting the mat. A mandatory ten count was in place, Fierce got up at 8, Hyuk at nine. Fierce attempted a piledriver, only to be blocked twice, the latter with fifteen seconds left in the time limit into a inside cradle, that was reversed by Fierce for a two count and reversed again by Hyuk, .......1........2.......3 as time nearly expired. Hyuk wins at 59:56 and claims the NeWA International Title. After the match, Fierce hands over the International Title to Hyuk and in barely audible terms, asks for a rematch....as the show ends. ****** |
