When he comes out, he wears sunglasses and a black leather/viny ltrenchcoat. His back has the characters that translate into "Ice Cold" tattooed upon him.
Personality Profile: Cold, contemptuous,
and out for himself. He feels his life growing up in the cold climates
of Hokkaido have made him tougher than most, and better than the rest.
He feels he is the best Neo-Japan has to offer, and thinks nothing of cutting
down anyone who defies him. However, for all his sneering, he will defend
the honor of Neo-Japan when called upon to do so. After all, he should
be the one, being the best Neo-J has to offer....
