"I existed from all eternity and, behold, I am here; and I shall exist till the end of time, for my being has no end..."-Khalil Gibran
On May 12, 2000, one of the brightest young stars of Nascar was taken away from us. Adam Kyler Petty was only 19 years old when his #45 Sprint sponsored Busch car hit the wall at New Hampshire Speedway. My condolences go out to Kyle, Patti, Austin, Montgomery Lee, Richard and Lynda Petty and everyone who was blessed by the presence of such a wonderful young man. He will be greatly missed by the people who's lives he made an impact on. I am one of those people. Watching Busch races the past year have been difficult, not having Adam there to cheer on, but we all know Adam would want us to go on, for the sake of the sport he dedicated, and unfortunately, lost his life for...you will be forever in our hearts, Adam...
