I am 49 years old and as you will see I have the body of a Chip and Dale Dancer. I live in Ainsworth, British Columbia. I shoot a Chek-Mate Stomper T/D recurve and also use a Martin Hunter. I am married to a lovely woman named Sally who also enjoys the thrill of shooting a traditional bow and she uses an Algoma Packbow longbow. I am the President of the Traditional Bowhunters of British Columbia and Sally is the Secretary. I am also a PBS Regular, an International Bowhunter Education Instructor and was the founder and president of the Timmins Bowhunters Inc. and the Kapuskasing Bowhunters. For awhile I was the North Eastern Director for the Federation of Ontario Bowhunters. I have been bowhunting for about 25 years.

I am currently a retired police officer from the City of Timmins Police Department. I was a cop because I was too lazy to work and too honest to steal. We have hunted in Quebec, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. In the United States I have hunted in Michigan, Minnesota, Colorado and Wisconsin. You would think with this much area covered that I would have been able to get anything or at least I should have hit something with my truck. One of these days maybe something will get hit by one of my home-made arrows. We all shoot chundoo pine shafts and because I make them Sally doesn't bother looking for hers. She says it keeps me out of her hair when I'm busy putting them together. We hope that you enjoy this web site and add it to your list of favorites. We will make additions and changes from time to time.
