Regole: sono state adottate le regole internazionali con le seguenti eccezioni: 1. Durata delle partite: 2 tempi di 8 minuti, con intervallo di 2 minuti tra i due tempi. Se la squadra non è pronta perde la partita

Rules: International rules are adopted but : 1. Game duration: 2 halves, 8 min. each, 2 min interval between 1st and 2nd half. 2 min interval between games. If a team is not ready , it loses the game. 2. Substitutions: Since the pool is 30 mt large, we decided to have 2.5 mt behind each goal to reach a field length of 25 mt. Therefore substitutes have to remain and wait into the water, behind the lane for field delimitation (since it’s an outdoor pool it will also be warmer). |

Arbitri: Disponiamo di 2 arbitri di 1° grado più uno in addestramento. Ogni squadra dovrà mettere a disposizione un giocatore come 2° arbitro dopo ogni partita della squadra stessa ( alla fine della partita un giocatore rimane in acqua ad arbitrare l'incontro successivo). Nella riunione dei capitani delle squadre verrà generato un calendario con i nominativi dei giocatori che arbitreranno le partite. |
Referees :We can provide 2 first degree referee plus 1 on training. Teams will be requested to provide a player as second referee after each game of the team (i.e. at the end of the game one player stay in the water and is the second referee for the next game). A tentative schedule with the referees name will be written down at the captain meeting to avoid losing time during the tournament. |

Cuffie Sono obbligatorie .Consigliate quelle tipo pallanuoto. |
Caps In italian pools caps are compulsory. We strongly recomend to use the Hockey cap (water polo) to reduce the risk of injuries |

Cibo e bevande A bordo vasca sarà disponibile un banco allestito con panini, frutta, acqua, coca cola e birra. |
Food and drinks At pool side food (sandwiches and fruits) and drink (water, coca cola and beer) will be available at low price. No glass is allowed into the pool and a specific area (with tables and chairs) will be provided right at pool side, where to eat and drink to avoid throwing waste into the pool (it could result in confusing players...) |

Squadre: Le squadre sono divise in due gruppi A e B a seconda del loro livello. Le squadre possono essere maschili, femminili o miste (Yugoslavia e Francia hanno due squadre femminili, mentre Inghilterra e Italia hanno squadre miste) |
Teams: Teams are split into two group (A and B) regardless of their presumed level. Each nation will tell the organizer which is team 1 and which team 2 (with 1 supposedly stronger than 2). Teams can be men only, women only or mixed in any proportion.( From what I know both Yu and FRA should have an only women team and GB and ITA at least 1 mixed team). |

Torneo: Sabato avremo due gironi (uno per il gruppo A e uno per il B). Domenica si giocheranno le finali: La 5a e la 6a classificata del gruppo A giocheranno contro la 5a classificata del gruppo B per determinare le posizioni 9-10-11. Le prime 4 del gruppo A giocheranno contro le prime 4 del gruppo B a classifiche invertite (es. 1A-4B; 2A-3B; 3A-2B; 1A-4B). Sia le vincenti che le perdenti giocheranno per determinare le posizioni da 1 a 8. |
Tournament :On Saturday we’ll have two round robins (one for group A and one for group B). On Sunday the play offs: Teams 5th and 6th in group A will play team 5th in group B to determine ranking 9-10-11. The first 4 teams in Group A will play the first 4 teams in Group B in inverse ranking order (i.e. 1A-4B; 2A-3B; 3A-2B; 1A-4B). Both winners and losers will keep on playing to determine any position from 1st to 8th. |

Festa di Sabato. Sabato sera tutti a cena insieme. £ 15.000 bevande escluse. Cerimonia di premiazione. Domenica in piscina subito dopo la finale per il 1° e 2° posto. Ci è stato chiesto di concentrare quante più partite al sabato al fine di avere più tempo domenica per visitare Bologna. |
Saturday party .On Saturday evening we’ll have dinner together. Something to eat (carbohydrates), something to drink (beer, obviuosly) and time to talk with old and new friends (price should be around 15.000 ITA Lit., beer NOT included).
