Dominik Hasek, in my opinion, is the Greatest Goalie of all time! He has a completely unorthudox style, but he's still the Greatest Goalie alive! He is especially good at Shoot-outs and breakaways as his team defeated Canada in the Winter Olympics in a Shoot-out (I hate him for that), as well as Single-handedly winning the Breakaway relay against North America in the All-Star Competitions (I hate him for that too!). He's absolutely spectacular!
Former Edmonton Oiler, Curtis Joseph has left his stardom in Edmonton behind, only to find even more in Toronto! This guy has the instincs, agility and reflexes to say the least. He has now taken the Toronto Maple Leafs, in 1998-1999, to their best start in a long, long time!
I'd hate to be around these guys when tempers flare! Two of the best and toughest goalies in the NHL, Felix Potvin of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Ron Hextall of the Philidelphia decided they didn't really like eachother any more (if they ever did!)! Now they figured the best way to show the other one how much they liked him, would be to beat the living ##$%^&* out of eachother!
If you think Mike Vernon of the Sane Jose Sharks is good know you should've seen him 2 years ago when he led Detroit to the Stanely Cup! He is a great butterfly goaltender who puts in 110% every night at the rink. The Sharks know they can count on him to dig them out of those sticky situations!
