Raven's nest continues to grow. Perry Saturn, his former crony from another wrestling organization, has come to WCW to join Raven and Stevie Richards. Saturn is the toughest of the tough, a man so impervious to pain that he did an elbow drop from the top rope just after major reconstructive knee surgery.

In addition, Raven has plucked two of the WCW training school's best and brightest and turned their heads askew. Babyfaced Billy Kidman is now just plain Kidman, his bright eyes replaced by a glassy stare. Rookie Scott Vick is now Sick Boy.

Raven isn't looking to further anyone else's career. He is looking to suck the life out of anyone he can, except maybe Saturn, who he may see as a partner..

Ordinarily I'd condemn a man like Raven.

Except I think he has something to say. I think he speaks for the youth of America, for all of America. I listen to his interviews, conducted alone in a dark room, so devoid of emotion that they're packed with emotion. Strangely, I find myself agreeing with everything he says. Raven seems to mesmerize, I can't avoid his eyes.

I would follow Raven to hell. And if that turns out to be the case, well, better to rule in hell than to serve anywhere else. Quote the journalist, nevermore.
