Night Rhythms

Val’s lustful eyes traveled up and down Alicia’s unsuspecting form as she tossed and turned in her bed. Dressed in her white silk nightgown that clung to her small body, she seemed to be daring him to join her in her bed.

He was almost caught when he knocked over her plants earlier. He had been careful when he had followed her home and stayed a good distance away from her. He was still very angry with Mark, but his anger had been replaced with lust.

‘So he thinks that he can take my girlfriend away from me?’ He thought as he lifted his hands up.

He reached to the windowsill to open it and join Alicia in her bedroom, but the moment he touched the wood, a force with an unbelievable amount of strength behind it suddenly slammed into his side, knocking him off his feet and flung him a good ten feet away from the window.

Val didn’t even have to think before he knew who it was. He raised himself to his feet, feeling his muscles tense in anticipation for a fight.

"Where are you Mark!" Val hissed through clenched teeth as his eyes darted around the yard. There were trees and bushes everywhere and the fact that it was extremely dark didn’t help. Mark could be hiding behind any of the trees of even standing right in front of him, blending in with the night and he wouldn’t even know. The only light he had was the moonlight that the trees let in. He knew that if he and Mark did fight, Mark would have the advantage, but his anger over the fact that someone dared to come between him and his girl was unacceptable!!!

"Come on Mark," He said to the night as he slowly turned around. "If you think you can come between me and my girlfriend, than I guess I’ll have to teach you otherwise."

He barely got the words out before an arm quickly circled his throat from behind and another arm circled around his torso, pinning his arms to the side. At that time, Val would have said something that would of really made Mark mad, but his windpipe was effectively being crushed. Val recognized the move as a wrestling hold that had been barred from the wrestling industry for being too dangerous, so Val could do nothing except let his consciousness slip away.

The Undertaker had to control himself from choking the life out of Venis. He had followed him after Venis had left the parking lot, not believing that he was going to go to the hotel. He had been correct in guessing that Venis had been following his angel, continuing to try to take her away from him. A wave of possessiveness washed over him when he remembered when he had seen Venis kiss her and his arm tightened around Venis’s throat, causing the last of the air in his lungs to rush out.

"I warned you Venis. In fact, I warned you twice, yet you still didn’t listen. She belongs to me, not you." The Undertaker hissed in Venis’s ear. "She is mine and I am very possessive of my belongings." His grip on the hated man tightened to emphasize his words.

Val was about to respond by kicking Mark in the knee when a bright light suddenly came from the flood lights on the patio of Alicia’s house, illuminating both men in white and blinding light.
