And am still half deaf from standing in front of the speakers on Carl's side. I had an excellent view of Kevin, Brett, and Carl. Didn't see Jeff much except the few times he came over on that side. I cant even describe how the drums and bass felt vibrating through my body, but I have a feeling all you fans know the feeling!
The show was AMAZING! I couldn't believe for how small the venue was, how loud the crowd was. Brett said it sounded like an arena in there
Seeing Kevin banging on those drums with such energy and passion... the sounds of Brett's voice...the emotion on Carl's face as he played...simply AMAZING!
I did meet Jeff, Kevin, and Brett afterwards. They were so nice signing stuff and taking pictures with everyone despite the fact that is was soo cold out. They all signed my friend's ticket as well because she was unable to make it to the show as her son was sick with pnemonia and in the hospital. Waited around a bit for Carl, but decided to call it a night because at that point I was basically a human popcicle...lol... and we had a long drive(5hrs) home ahead of us.
The cold, wind, rain, and the nasty sore throat I have today was worth every second of it. It is something I'll never forget and I can't wait to do it all over again!
