2.To avoid confusion, the Sections of the Laws will be numbered by STANDARD NUMERALS and the Sections of NOTES will be numbered by ROMAN NUMERALS.
3. In Laws 20 and 23 the Penalty Kick and Free Kick provisions for infringement of the Laws have been maked in each clause with the intials:
(P.K.) for Penalty Kick 
(F.K.) for Free Kick.
