 1. Place jack under axle.
 2. Place blocks under axle.
 3. Place blocks around the trailer wheel opposite
the one on which you will start working.
4. Loosen and remove security nut from wheel if you
have one (Available at auto stores.)*Special
hardware of 13/16 socket, security nut removal
key and small piece of dowell to fit in socket
     cut to size).
5. Loosen the rest of wheel nuts slightly. Jack up
wheel until it clears floor and
6. Immediately place more blocks under axle until
   you can make it snug.
7. Remove wheel nuts and wheel.
8. Take medium' flat screwdriver and angle it toward
you in the seam of grease cap. And gently strike
seam of grease cap with the screwdriver by using
the side of regular hammer as the force.
Rotate hub to even up increasing gap in grease
    cap as remove it.
9. Clean grease hub of grease and old black gasket
sealer. (Use the wire brush if necessary.)
Wipe inside of axle as to remove some
   of extra grease for now.
10.Place grease gun fitting firmly and straight
(no angle) to tiny (minisculel) hole in spindle.
Slowly force grease (Lubrimatic trailer wheel
grease is good) into spindle until it is forced
back out through outer circumference of inside

this will alow more grease into the spindle.

eighth of an inch or so by tapping gently with
rubber hammer until get the cap to evenly start
   to seat into axle.
13.Just before the grease cap is completely
installed (leave about an eighth of an inch
or so gap) run a bead of black gasket sealer into
the gap and make sure it is rubbed into the void.
Then finish tapping the grease cap into the axle.
13b.Spray the brake disk with brake cleaner spray.
14.Replace the wheel and put some anti-seize lubricant
   on the threads.
Then hand thread on the wheel nuts and firm up
somewhat with the ratchet and socket.
15.Pull the blocks out from under the axle and let
   the jack down.
16.Complete tightening the wheel nuts to 90-95
   foot-lbs including the security nut.
17.Put blocks around completed wheel and repeat steps
   above on opposite wheel.
