The Internet Nirvana Fan Club (Click Here)This site is simply my favorite Nirvana site out there. There is absolutely nothing that this site is missing. They have contests, quizes, pictures, FAQs, articles, tabs, mp3's, and a whole lot more. You can honestly spend hours there learning new things about the band and the members, or just having fun. They also have a chat room which allows you to talk with other Nirvana fans about whatever you want. Very, very, very recommended site.
Polly Wants A Cracker (Click Here)Another very good site that I happen to like a lot. It has a very personal feel to it that not many sites can convey these days. You get the feeling that it's just another fan like you who runs it, who just wants to show everyone how much he loves the band, but ended up making a wonderful tribute to them. Some great links on his server including poetry, biographical info, news, how to take action on censorship, and how to detect and prevent someone suffering from depression. The only reason that this site didn't get the elite 5th star, however, is because it doesn't offer any sort of new information; nothing on the murder thoery (that I saw), nothing on box set, and nothing on the recent re-release of Bleach on vinyl. Very nice site, though. Go visit it.
The Ultimate Nirvana Fan Site (Click Here)The webmaster of this site recently emailed me and asked me to re-review this site since it had been massively updated. I must say congrats to him because he did a fabulous job with it and it's now, in my opinion, up there with some of the better Nirvana sites on the internet. It offers guitar tabs, downloads, information on the band, and polls for your enjoyment. All in all, this has become a damn good site, so I would recommend you visit it. Why, you ask, doesn't it receive the covetted fifth star? Simply put, this site doesn't offer everything other five star sites have, but it's quite good.
