Slime Dog, a dental lab technician, was willing but we couldn't find another 'old' goalie, so we took on Stump, a 16 year old, to tend the other net. Stump was told that he wasn't allowed to have an pinion until he was 30. He agreed. The Duffers

We had great looking jerseys. When they returned from college, they wanted to join us, and we needed some new members. What we didn't need was a bunch of hot shots that were out to make a name for themselves, so we averaged our ages and found that 42 year
old Wheezer was the 'mean' Duffer. Anybody younger than 42 would be meaningless. When they score, it doesn't count in the 'Meaningful' game. The young Duffers really try hard to set up the 'Meaningful' Duffers. We have great competitive games every week thanks to the New Young Polite Duffers. We call them the NYPDs.
