Beak and Beer Nuts!
Tweedy and the Anvil didn't have their usual scoreless first period. Beer Nuts beat Tweedy on his first shift to give the Blues an early lead. Beak slipped in behind his son Tweedy and planted himself to the left of the net and he was careful not to step on the crease line. Berserk fired a pass that hit Beak's stick and deflected into the net for a 2 goal meaningful lead. Beer Nuts put the game away with another goal in the third period to give the Blues a 3-0 meaningful win. The meaningless contest was much closer as Eddie the anvil carried the Blues to a 7-6 victory.
Go to Henry's Pizza
Everybody took the advice of the above headline and went to Henrys for a great time. Stories were flowing, like beer from a pitcher. I looked over to the dart boards and signs and pictures started falling off of the walls as Fred's favorite kind of fight broke out! A Free for All! (Fred is so cheap, that the only fight that he will get into is a free for all.) Punches were flying in all directions as an equal opportunity fight was unfolding in front of our eyes. Men and women, defending each other's honor. It looked like we were watching the Jerry Springer show on a big screen, high definition TV. Then "The Anvil" started chanting "Jerry, Jerry, Jerry, Jerry." Soon, everybody in the bar was chanting along with him and the fighters started laughing and things quieted down and a memorable time was had by all.

Bowling was a Huge success!
Duffer candle light bowling was the best ever, thanks to the great prizes provided by Uncle Bob and Clubhouse Designs (630) 616-9357. Everybody went home with at least a shirt and shorts. Some opportunists went home with even more. Beak has some underwear in large sizes that no one would claim, if you are interested, make him an offer.
The ultimate test of trust is when you let your partner throw a bowling ball through your legs.
Prize winners used many ways to pick their prizes. Harvey found what he likes.
Nick "The Hammer" was there with his wife and daughter.
The Newley Weds, Mr. and Mrs. Z, flew in from the islands for the gala event.
Mr. and Mrs. Piggy Bank were there!
Picnic Date is July 17(Not July 24th)
