This year three players from the Halifax Mooseheads were invited to play in the World Juniors. Alex Tanguay was invited to play for Canada, Alexei Volkov invited to play for Russia and Ladislav Nagy was invited to play for Slovakia. Although Tanguay did not go because of his injury Nagy and Volkov did very well. Laddy brought home the bronze and Alexei brought back the gold after beating Canada 3-2 in overtime. Congrats to both guys on their medals!
