WWFBBANKS: Dude Love: I'm trying to block that dance out of my mind right
now!
I was the one kid in high school who never danced as you can see.
So the logical
thing for a guy that doesn't dance is to do it in front of 6
million people LOL
Question: Did you think Dude Love will hurt your "harcore" image?
WWFBBANKS: Dude Love: No, not at all. I don't think the truth is ever a bad
thing, and if the fans
can't accept that part of me is a complete nerd, then I really
don't need them
I think even hardcore fans like to laugh a little bit now and then
Question: Will you wrestle only as Dude Love as a Tag Team partner of Austin?
WWFBBANKS: Dude Love: I have no idea what is going to happen with Dude Love.
I don't know
if it is something we will let out of the bag once, or if that's
who I am now.
I just hope people have a little sympathy for me considering how
bad the mask of
Mankind's smelled by now
Question: Mankind, we have seen many problems backstage..ex Bret and Shawn.
Do YOU have problems
with other Superstars?
WWFBBANKS: Mankind: No. Not only don't I have problems, but I'm kind of
oblivious to the other
problems that are going on.
Maybe someone has a problem with me, but I don't know about it

You have to remember I've been hit with a chair a few times to
many so my thinking is

Question: Mankind..Do you worry about getting injured?
WWFBBANKS: Mankind: I worry about it alot. It's a major concern for me, and I
think over the years
I have learned to pick my spots a little better.
These days I don't think people watch me just to see me crash and
burn, so I don't
feel I am letting the fans down if I don't do it every night.
Question: Dude Love, did you ever think you would be a Tag Team Champion in
the WWF?
WWFBBANKS: Dude Love: Yes. I certainly thought that any belt was possible,. I
just thought I wouldn't
do it dancing with a pair of sunglasses on
I haven't worn a pair of sunglasses in over ten years
And then I'm suddenly in the ring with them on LOL
Question: I recently purchased a video of matches from Japan similar to the
ones you were in. My
question is, why a person put themselves through what would seem to
be an enormous amount of
pain by particapating in those matches?
Dudekind: There's a certain challenge to it. And also at the time
I had a family to
support.
And really if Funk wasn't over there I wouldn't have gone for it
at all
Question: Mankind, Do you miss the other Federations you were in?
WWFBBANKS: Mankind: No. I really don't miss Japan. WWF has given me the
chance to go there each
of the last two years though. WCW...I don't even consider missing
at all.
I would like to do a show in ECW arena though
Question: Mankind, How does your family like Dude Love???
WWFBBANKS: Mankind: They all got a good laugh out of it
Now I get to refer to them as my LOVE children
I think there is alot of room to have fun as Dude Love. The Dude
has renamed the
Mandible Claw too!!
It is now known as THE LOVE HANDLE!!
Question: Will the WWF quit making Mankind shirts? When will the Dude Love
Shirts come out?
WWFBBANKS: Dude Love: I hope they don't stop making them. But I think the
Dude Love shirt is
really nice.
All the best selling wrestling shirts are ones that fans aren't
afraid to wear to school o
to work.
Let's face it..now matter how good Shawn is, no teen age boy wants
to suffer the
consequences of wearing a picture of Shawn on his chest to school
Question: Will we see Mankind or Dude Love at SummerSlam? Or both?
WWFBBANKS: Dude Love: I don't know. I really have no idea where this thing is
going.
You could see all three!
Although if I am Dude Love, I would like to lay a good one on
Chyna!
We had a guest over the house about ten minutes ago, and he was
looking through
a wrestling magazine, and when he came to the picture of Chyna, my
three
year old daughter said "She beats up Daddy!" LOL
Question: Mankind, what do you think was your best match thus far in the WWF?
WWFBBANKS: Mankind: I think my best match was against Shawn at Mind Games
last year.
The two most liked times I've had after matches in the WWF were
after the match with
Shawn and after winning the belt on RAW last week with Steve
When I saw Vince after the tag title match, I told him I'm not
even gonna
pretend to be happy about this moment.
For some reason, that title meant more to me than the Steel City
Crown
Question: Mankind, Rumors have it your match at SummerSlam against Hunter
will be in a Steel Cage.
Is this True?
WWFBBANKS: Mankind: Yes, I think from what I heard it will be.
Dude Love: Doesn't anyone want to live in Mankind's house?!?!?!

Question: Mankind, Do you have any regrets thus far in the WWF?
WWFBBANKS: Mankind: I've had a few. But then again, too few to mention.
The only real regret I have is in the Boiler Room Brawl, I should
have beaten
the undertaker up one length of the Boiler Room and gone out that
exit instead
of dragging him all the way back there
