2000 November News Letter


  Well the rut is in full swing and here I sit wondering why the
hell I'm writing this newsletter now instead of sitting in my
stand, must be having a brain laps or something. Hope all of you
are having a good hunt and at least seeing some of those bucks
of a life time. Some of the area hunters say they think this has
been one of the best years for deer activity in early November
they have seen in a while.
  Well now that I have rambled a bit on to business. We have 
received an estimate for our well from Lyons Well Drilling. They
estimate the cost for a 300ft well at about $ 6083, this dose
not include the pump though. We are still waiting for some
estimates to arrive and then the Board will determine which 
company will do the job. I will also call several pump installers
to see who will give us the best price for the pump, wiring, and
piping. I will try to keep everyone informed as this project
gets underway.
  Randy Temperley is still trying to get a date to have Archery
coach Terry Wunderle give a class at our indoor range, If you

  The next Club meeting is scheduled for Dec 13th at the indoor
range at 7:00pm. Hope to see you there.
  Good luck to everyone during the last half of the archery 
season, and please be extra careful, cold weather makes
everything we did earlier just a little harder. Give yourself
a little extra time to and from your hunting area, and let
someone know where you will be hunting. A little extra caution
may save your Life!!!!
