   The Meeting on August 19, 2003 was called to order at 7:00 pm at the Outdoor Range. The minutes of the
last meeting were read and approved.

   We discussed how our club can get women and children to participate.
If you have any suggestions, please come to one of our meetings and discuss your ideas.

   Joe Fluhr thanked all of the team captains for their efforts this year putting together the shoots. 

   Our club is still looking for a location to have the winter meetings and indoor league.
If  you know of any  possibilities, please call any of the officers listed above.

   We also discussed replacing some of the 3-D targets. It was suggested that we buy Rhineheart targets.
The burlap bags need to be purchased in time for next year's outdoor bow hunter league.

Some of our club members saw people sitting on the railings of the new tree stands.Please do not sit on
them, and let others know that they shouldn�t either if you see them doing it.

The old yazoo  lawn mower is for sale. We ccurrently  have a bid of $100 .00. If anyone is interested in
purchasing this lawn mower, please call an officer with your higher bid.

Tim Digman lost his glasses at the outdoor range. If someone finds them, please call Tim at 552-2755.

Our next club meeting will be on Tuesday, September 16,2003 at the outdoor range's club house.
