The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. there was not a meeting held in June, therefore there wasn't a newsletter sent out. There was a motion made and approved by the board to build two tree stands. The cost will be approximately $ 575.00 for both. The Dates to build the tree stands was set for Friday, August 8th and, Saturday August 9th Anyone able to help with this project can please call Joe Fluhr at 557-7634. Karen Plein is asking members to please give her a call if you can help cook, serve or donate food at Eastern Iowa Traveling 3-D shoot( August 16th & 17th ). Items needed for donations are cookies and/or bars, juice, milk, ect. You can call Karen at 556-1059. Food will be served on both days of the shoot, so please help out if you can! the next club meeting will be Tuesday, August 19th at 7:00 pm at the Outdoor Range.
