The meeting on April 9, 2003 was called to order at 7:00pm The minutes of the last meeting
were read and approved.

 Old Business: Joe Fluhr passed around the Application for the archery club. The Application form is a new one.

New Business: We discussed the shoot for the weekend of April 13, 2003. 
Some of the concrete steps on the course need some work. Tim Digman will make a sign to 
remind shooters that there is no beer consumption until after archers complete thier shoot.
Thank you to everyone who helped at the April shoot!


  There was a lengthy discussion about Building the indoor range. Everyone was pretty much 
in agreement that the range should be built. There was some concerns about the finances and 
how the payments would be met. It was decided that at the next meeting there would be committees
set up to research the building of the range.

  Randy Lester's Dad, Dan Lester, was able to get power poles to replace the old poles at the tree stand.

the next shoot will be on Sunday May 4th. The team captain for the shoot is John Timmerman ( 588-0960 ) 

The next meeting will be at the outdoor range on May 8 2003. Please come to the meeting
because we need some input about the indoor range.
