This years annual club meeting and awards banquet will be held on Sat. Feb. 3rd. It will once
again be held at the Asbury Volunteer Fire Dept. The hall will be open at 6:30pm
dinner at 7:00. Please bring a dish to pass, your table settings and your drinks,
the main course will be beef. There will be many important points of discussion on the agenda 
for the annual meeting portion of the evening, so all members and there guests
are encouraged to attend.
 
The logging that was done on our property this fall went well, in general the range looks 
to be in very good condition although there will be some tops to cut and move, and some
skidder trails to be reseeded. As a result of the logging we will have an abundance of 
firewood on the property club members may cut wood from the downed tops. The club would gladly
accept any donation from those who do help themselves. .

Some of the items that will be on the agenda for the annual meeting will be, the purchase
of youth equipment to be used in the teaching of youth archery classes; 
and the purchase of a well pump, where we're at on the new clubhouse, and many other issues.
